Farmso uses passwordless sign-in: you enter your email, we send a 6-digit code, and you are in. There are no passwords to remember or reset. The same account works on the web app and the mobile app.

Open the app
Go to app.farmso.org and enter your email address.

We email you a 6-digit one-time code. Type it in to verify — no password needed.

Name your farm
On first sign-in Farmso creates your organisation. Add your farm name and country so the right compliance rules apply.

Choose a plan
New accounts start on a paywall — pick a plan (Basic to Enterprise) to activate. See the Plans & billing guide.
Set up the mobile app

Install Farmso
Download Farmso from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Sign in
Enter the same email, then the 6-digit code. Your farm and data are already there.

Allow permissions
Grant camera (to scan tags), Bluetooth (for EID readers) and location (to geo-tag inspections) when prompted.

Start from Scan
The centre Scan button is your fastest way into any animal — point it at an ear tag to begin.
Web app or mobile app? Use the web app for the office — dashboards, invoicing, compliance administration and analytics. Use the mobile app in the field for scanning, capturing events offline, inspections and hardware. They share the same live data.
