What is Farmso?

Farmso gives every farm animal a verifiable digital identity — traceability, compliance and farm intelligence from birth to fork, on web and mobile.

Farmso is a livestock traceability platform. It gives every animal a single, structured, tamper-evident digital identity that follows it for life — and turns the daily work of running a farm (tagging, treatments, movements, inspections, sales) into a connected, auditable record instead of scattered paper and spreadsheets.

It runs in two places that share one live database: a web app (app.farmso.org) for the office — dashboards, compliance, invoicing, analytics — and an offline-first mobile app for the field, where you scan an ear tag and record what happened to the animal even with no signal, syncing automatically when you reconnect.

What you can do with Farmso

Give every animal an identity

Tag/EID, breed, genealogy, and an optional on-chain DID that proves the record was not altered.

Trace birth → fork

A complete chain of custody — movements, health events, processing, and a consumer QR passport.

Stay compliant by country

Country-aware rule packs cover ID, health/withdrawal, movement, welfare, environmental and fiscal requirements.

Certify with confidence

Halal, Kosher, Organic and Welfare certifications, rule-checked and anchored.

Work in the field, offline

Scan RFID/QR/NFC or a Bluetooth EID stick; every action queues and syncs.

Run the business

Invoicing (incl. NF-e), inventory & cold chain, appointments, analytics and AI health insights.

Who it is for

Farmso is built for the whole farm team. Owners get the daily snapshot, compliance posture and the numbers. Farm workers live in the scanner — tag, treat, move and weigh whole races quickly. Inspectors and vets run scheduled inspections and welfare audits with geo-tagged, photo-backed evidence.

It is part of the Petso solution and shares its stack and conventions, with a distinct green identity.
