Farmso is built for the whole farm team. You invite members by email, and each person signs in with their own passwordless account. Every member has a role — owner, manager, vet, worker, accountant, viewer or transporter — and that role decides what they can see and change. Roles are enforced everywhere, on web and mobile, so a worker cannot touch billing and a viewer cannot edit records.
Use case
An owner adds their vet as vet, two farm hands as worker, and their bookkeeper as accountant. The workers scan and record treatments in the field, the vet runs inspections, the accountant sees invoicing but not animal edits — and nobody but the owner and managers can change the plan or remove a member. When a worker leaves, the owner removes them in one tap and their access ends immediately.
Manage your team

Open Team
Go to Settings → Team in the web app to see everyone in your organisation and their roles.

Invite by email
Enter a colleague’s email and pick a role. They appear as a pending invite until they accept.

Resend or manage invites
Not accepted yet? Resend the invite. You can change a member’s role or remove them at any time.

Owner & manager guards
Only owners and managers can change roles, remove members or manage billing — protecting the account from accidental changes.

Add a colleague by email and assign a role right from your phone.

Resend a pending invite
Tap a pending member to resend their invite if they have not signed in yet.
Not sure which role fits? Worker is right for most field staff (scan and record), vet for inspections and health, accountant for billing and invoicing, and viewer for read-only access. Only owner and manager can manage the team and plan.
