Farmso has four plans, priced per month by how many animals and team seats you need. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and any metered AI usage you run during the month is added to your invoice on top of the plan fee.
The four plans
| Plan | Price / mo | Animals | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49.99 | 20 | 2 |
| Standard | $99.99 | 50 | 5 |
| Premium | $199.99 | 200 | 15 |
| Enterprise | $299.99 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Use case
A farm on Standard grows past 50 animals during calving. Farmso prompts them to upgrade; they move to Premium and the new limit and seats apply immediately. At the end of the month their invoice shows the Premium fee plus a small line for the AI health insights they used — billed at 2× the provider’s list cost to their card.
Manage billing
- 1
Open Billing

- 2
Upgrade or downgrade
Pick a new plan. Upgrades apply immediately; changes are handled securely through Stripe.
- 3
Watch the AI meter
The AI usage meter shows your month-to-date metered usage, billed at 2× the provider’s list cost, before it bills to your card.
- 4
Cancel any time
You can cancel from Billing; your data stays intact and you keep access until the period ends.
Check your plan on mobile
- 1
Open Billing
Go to More → Billing to see your plan, a usage bar for animals against your limit, and the AI meter.
- 2
Track AI usage
The AI meter shows month-to-date metered usage so there are no surprises on your invoice.
- 3
Upgrade on the web
Plan changes link out to the web billing page — per Apple’s rules, upgrades are completed there, not in the app.
Existing customers are grandfathered: Stripe keeps your original price, and your animal limit is a snapshot taken at signup — so lowering a catalogue limit later never shrinks your cap.
FAQ
AI features (health insights, anomaly detection) are metered and billed at 2× the provider’s list cost, added to your monthly invoice. The meter shows your month-to-date usage so you always know where you stand before it bills to your card.
