Sales & invoicing is where Farmso turns your livestock and products into paid business. Build an invoice line by line, send it to the buyer, mark it paid, and watch revenue roll up by product and by customer so you can see what sells and who buys. It sits on the same live data as the rest of Farmso, so the animals and batches you sell are already at your fingertips.

For farms in Brazil, invoicing carries the fiscal fields needed for the Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e): buyer CNPJ/CPF, the IBGE municipality code, and per-line NCM and CFOP classifications with a full tax breakdown. Farmso assembles a draft NF-e XML and prints the DANFE, ready for the final signing and transmission step.

Use case

A producer sells a batch of finished cattle to a meatpacker. They build the invoice with a line per lot, add the buyer’s CNPJ and municipality, and set the NCM and CFOP for each line. Farmso computes the tax breakdown, produces the draft NF-e XML and prints the DANFE to travel with the load. Once payment lands they mark the invoice paid, and the sale flows straight into the revenue-by-customer view.

Invoicing is a back-office job — create, send and reconcile invoices in the web app.

Capture the sale in the field

Use the mobile app to scan and confirm the animals or batch being sold; the office turns that into the invoice.

  3. 3

Your Farm home stats and revenue views reflect paid invoices, so the owner sees the numbers wherever they are.

Farmso prepares the draft NF-e XML and prints the DANFE, but the official SEFAZ signing and transmission is performed externally through the competent authority — it is not sent to the tax office from inside Farmso.

FAQ

No. Farmso builds every fiscal field, the tax breakdown, the draft NF-e XML and the DANFE print. Digital signing and transmission to SEFAZ are done externally, as required by law.
