Compliance Hub: your live regulatory score

A live compliance score for your farm — outstanding requirements by country, issued certificates, and a direct link from each rule to the Farmso section that satisfies it.

The Compliance Hub turns the abstract question “am I compliant?” into a live score for your farm. It reads your country or region, applies the matching rule pack (US, EU, GB, CA, BR and more), and measures what you have on file against what the law requires — updating as you register animals, log movements and file documents.

It has three jobs: show the score, list every outstanding requirement, and hold your issued certificates. Crucially, each requirement links straight to the Farmso section that satisfies it — so a gap is never a dead end, it’s a one-tap route to the fix.

Use case

An owner opens the Hub before an export deadline. The score ring sits at 82%. The requirements list shows two gaps: three animals missing individual ID, and a premises without a deforestation-free declaration. He taps the first, lands in Livestock with the animals pre-filtered, fixes the tags, and watches the score climb — no guessing which rule applied or where to go.

What the Hub gives you

Live score

A single regulatory score for your farm that moves as you close gaps — required modules covered vs. outstanding.

Requirements by country

Outstanding items driven by your region’s rule pack (US, EU, GB, CA, BR, plus a global baseline for anywhere else).

Rule-to-section links

Every requirement deep-links to the Farmso section that satisfies it — livestock, premises, traceability, certifications and more.

Issued certificates

A record of the certificates you’ve issued, kept alongside the requirements they support.

Coverage honesty

Items are marked covered, partial or external — so you know what Farmso does end-to-end and what a government service still signs off.

  4. 4

See your issued certificates in the same module so you can prove status in the field.

The Hub applies your region’s rule pack automatically. To see exactly which requirements Farmso covers in your country — and which stay with the authority — read the Compliance by country guide.

Countries without a bespoke rule pack resolve to a sensible baseline (EU members use the EU pack; everywhere else uses a WOAH/Codex global baseline), so the Hub returns a meaningful score for any country.

FAQ

Farmso counts the required modules for your region’s rule pack and measures how many are covered in-app. Items marked external (performed by the authority) are shown honestly rather than counted as your failure.
