Appointments is Farmso’s scheduling book for vet visits and farm services — pregnancy checks, vaccinations, hoof trimming, an AI technician’s round. Book an appointment with a type, date and the animals or premises involved, and see everything laid out in a calendar view so nothing is missed. When the visit happens, record the outcome and it writes straight back to the animal’s health record, closing the loop between the plan and what actually happened.
Use case
A farmer books the vet for herd pregnancy testing next Tuesday and adds the mob to the appointment. The calendar shows it, and the day before it appears in the Farm home “upcoming” list. After the visit the vet’s findings are recorded against each animal, so the pregnancy results and any treatments live on the animals’ health timelines — not on a scrap of paper in the truck.

In the web app sidebar choose Appointments to see the calendar of booked visits and services.

Create a booking
Add an appointment with its service type (vet visit, service), date and the animals or premises it covers.

Watch it on the calendar view; upcoming appointments also surface on the Farm home “upcoming” list.

After the visit, log what was done — the outcome flows back onto each animal’s health record.
